Meet Jason
Jason Nichols believes the law should work for you, not against you. He started his firm to create a place where clients feel supported, informed, and confident, with real solutions for real-life challenges.
Jason studied Business at Boston University before earning his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he gained hands-on experience through an internship and two court clerkships. He is licensed in New Jersey, New York, and North Carolina, giving him the knowledge and flexibility to help clients across multiple states.
At home, Jason is a husband and proud father of three children under four. Alongside two dogs and two cats, he embraces the joyful chaos of a busy household. As a youth hockey coach and Vice President of the Kinnelon Youth Hockey Association, Jason brings the same commitment, teamwork, and leadership he values on the ice into his legal practice. He understands how balancing family, work, and life’s unexpected challenges can feel overwhelming, an experience that shapes his empathetic, patient, and practical approach to every case.
